Stacey Elliott is an Associate lawyer in the For Purpose Team at Moores

Stacey has a passion for charities, not-for-profit organisations and social ventures. She believes her contribution to the community is essential to social welfare in Australia and overseas.

Stacey takes the legal stress and confusion away from our For Purpose clients so they can focus on what really matters – their principal purpose. Stacey guides clients seamlessly through establishing their for purpose organisation, and stands by their side every step of the way ensuring they are never in doubt with their legal obligations, governance and operations.

Stacey assists clients with recommendations on structure, advice on eligibility for tax concessions, preparing governing documents (such as Constitutions, Rules and Trust Deeds) and liaising with government regulators. Stacey also advises clients with governance issues, including regulatory compliance and dispute resolution.

Stacey understands For Purpose clients need a lawyer they can trust and rely on, her rapport with clients and their success is her priority.
