Leanne is particularly passionate about the For Purpose sector and seeks to be a trusted advisor for her clients so that they can focus on achieving their purpose.
Leanne is experienced in providing advice on general commercial/corporate, compliance and governance matters.
Having previously worked in a boutique law firm and as in-house counsel for government organisations, Leanne is agile and flexible and is able to provide clients with simple strategic legal solutions without the legalese.
Whilst it is important to get the legal requirements sorted, Leanne recognises the importance of active listening, ongoing dialogue and providing commercial solutions that are consistent with the client’s overarching strategy.
